Options Group Opens in São Paulo, Brazil
Options Group, a leading global executive search and strategic consulting firm, is pleased to announce the opening of its São Paulo, Brazil office. Options Group São Paulo will provide local coverage to our existing Latin American clients and enable the firm to build its search and consulting practice in the region.
“Options Group is proud to open its first Latin American office, which we have previously been covering out of New York,” said Michael Karp, CEO and co-founder of Options Group. “Our plan now is to capitalize on the growing markets down in Brazil, as well as in other countries such as Argentina and Mexico,” said Ike Suri, Co-COO and a managing partner of the firm. The Brazilian office will be led by Vinicius Bolotnicki and Adriana Campos Pires. Options Group Director Rossanna Scanlon, who has emerging markets and cross-border expertise, will be a liaison and senior sales manager helping build out the firm’s Latin American operations. Vinicius is a Brazilian native and joins Options Group from another recruitment firm after working there for over two years. Vinicuis specialized in the placement of candidates in the banking and financial markets and has expertise in Investment Banking, Sales and Trading, Asset Management and Private Banking. Previously, he worked in the asset finance department of El Paso Energy International and on the sales and trading desk of Banco Pactual. He has a post graduate degree in Finance from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais and an economics degree from the Pontifcia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janiero. Adriana joined Options Group in 2006 as part of the project for the opening of the São Paulo branch. A Brazil native, Adriana began her professional career as a lawyer for the banking sector, participating in Project Finance, Capital Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions transactions in major Brazilian law firms and financial institutions. Over a year ago, Adriana started working in the recruiting business for a multinational recruiting firm, placing professionals of all levels in all sectors in São Paulo. Adriana holds a B.A. in law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, and a Post-Graduation degree in Economics from the Universidade de São Paulo. The firm also has offices in New York, Newport Beach, London, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Sydney.
